When you use our contact or enquiry form, you provide your full name, email address, business or organisation name, and your message or legal query. When you apply for a career opportunity, you may additionally provide your CV, qualifications, and professional experience.

2.3 Sensitive Personal Data or Information

06Data Retention
- Enquiry form submissions: retained for 12 (twelve) months from the date of submission.
- Career applications: retained for 12 (twelve) months from the date of submission, unless an engagement is initiated.
- Website analytics data: retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to 02 (two) years.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
08Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

10Children’s Privacy
Our Website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Under the DPDPA 2023, we will not process the personal data of a child without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
